At Modern Finds, we aim to make your shopping experience simple and reliable. We currently offer shipping within selected serviceable locations across India.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to 23 states/regions across India.
Due to courier serviceability limitations, certain remote, island, and difficult-to-service locations are currently excluded from our delivery network. Available delivery locations are determined at checkout based on your address.
If shipping is unavailable for your location, no shipping option will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping Charges
Standard shipping is free on orders of ₹99 and above.
The applicable shipping charge, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Delivery Time
Our estimated standard delivery time is:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier serviceability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Remote and difficult-to-service locations may require additional delivery time where service is available.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and handed over for delivery through our fulfillment and courier partners.
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information may be provided where available so that you can follow your delivery.

While we work with our fulfillment and courier partners to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to:

If your order is delayed significantly beyond the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will assist you in checking the status of your shipment.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please make sure that your shipping address, phone number, and other delivery details are accurate before placing your order.
If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal to accept the package, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to the fulfillment partner.
In such cases, additional shipping or return charges may apply where applicable.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or has another delivery-related issue, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and supporting photographs or videos.

International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Our international shipping options may be introduced in the future as our fulfillment and delivery network expands.
